ARC Raiders is an extraction shooter developed by Embark Studios, set on a devastated Earth where survivors live underground and come up to the surface to loot what remains. On the surface the ARC reign, hostile machines sent from orbit. Each match follows the loop of the genre: you enter with your equipment, you collect gear, you avoid or fight the other Raiders and the machines, then you try to reach an extraction point before losing your loot there.

What awaits you

• Extraction loop — what you bring back is kept, what you lose on site is lost for good: each outing is a gamble.
• Mechanical enemies — the ARC range from the small harassing drone to the big machines that are better fled than fought.
• Cooperative or solo — outings are played alone or in a small squad, with mutual aid and revival.
• Tension between players — meeting other Raiders can lead to combat as much as to a tacit truce.
