Dead by Daylight pits four survivors against one killer in an asymmetric horror match by Behaviour Interactive. The survivors repair generators scattered across the map to power the exit gates; the killer chases them, strikes them and hangs them on hooks. Nothing is scripted: it all comes down to reading noises, footprints and screams, and to each player's ability to make the opponent waste time.
