One-off purchase rather than subscription

The suite is acquired permanently, with no deadline or renewal. It does not grant entitlement to the Microsoft 365 services (extended cloud storage, new features added continuously), but represents a substantial saving from the second year onward for five users.

Activation

The activation key reaches you by e-mail within 24 hours maximum. Install Office 2021 on each machine, open Word, then enter the key in File › Account. Activation is done online, machine by machine.
