Project 2021 brings an interface aligned with Office 2021, support for dark mode, improved performance on schedules containing several thousand tasks, and better integration with recent file formats. Like any one-off purchase version, it does not receive new features after its release.

Standard or Pro

The difference is clear: Pro adds the shared resource pool across several projects and the connection to Project Server or Project Online for centralised control. Standard is limited to the local machine, which suits an independent project manager or an SME that manages its schedules in-house perfectly well.

Your activation key is sent by e-mail within 24 hours maximum. Install Project 2021, launch it, then enter the key in File › Account › Activate product.
