rFactor 2 is a motor-racing simulation aimed at fans of realistic driving on PC. Developed by Studio 397, this title is intended first and foremost for virtual drivers equipped with a force-feedback wheel: it does not seek the accessibility of an arcade game but the fidelity of a racing car's behaviour. Its tyre model, which simulates the rise in temperature, wear and the evolution of grip, is one of the most recognised aspects of the software, as is its dynamic track management: rubber is laid down over the laps and alters the racing lines.

System requirements

Windows 10 or 11 PC in 64-bit. A fast single-core processor is particularly useful for this type of simulation, with 8 to 16 GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card. A force-feedback wheel is strongly recommended to get the most out of the title, even though a controller remains usable.
