Windows 11 Home as a Retail licence for 1 PC, with an activation carried out by phone via Microsoft's automated service. The system and its features are identical to those of any Home edition: only the key validation procedure differs and it takes about ten minutes longer.

Hardware compatibility to check first

Windows 11 requires a TPM 2.0 chip, Secure Boot and a compatible 64-bit processor according to Microsoft's list. Check these points with the PC Health Check tool before ordering: without them, the installation will not start.

You receive the key by e-mail within 24 hours at most. After entering it in Settings › System › Activation, if online validation does not succeed, Windows offers Activate by phone and displays an installation ID. You give it to Microsoft's voice server, which dictates a confirmation ID for you to copy back. It is an official procedure, simply longer. Our support in French can guide you if needed.
