- Identity: Surname, first name.
- Contact: E-mail address (for sending the activation keys).
- Payment: Transaction information via TWINT or bank cards (we do not have access to your full bank details, which are managed by our providers).

Your data is disclosed to third parties only within the scope of the performance of the contract:
- Hosting: Infomaniak (Switzerland).
- Payment: Payrexx / TWINT (Switzerland).
- Security: Wordfence (USA, with adequate protection). We never sell or rent your data for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period :
We retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations (in particular the 10-year retention of accounting records required by Swiss law).

7. Cookies :
Our site uses cookies that are essential to the operation of the shopping basket and to the security of your session (via WooCommerce and Wordfence).
8. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following bases: the performance of the contract (processing and delivery of your orders), compliance with our legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations), and our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site. The processing complies with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), in force since 1 September 2023.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse: encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL), application firewall, and restricted access to the data.

Your data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Certain security providers may be located abroad (for example Wordfence, in the United States); in such cases, we ensure that adequate safeguards govern the transfer, in accordance with the revFADP.
11. Your rights and right of complaint
In addition to your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability (section 6), you may object to certain processing. If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in Bern.

In addition to essential cookies (basket, session, security), you may at any time configure or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may, however, affect the operation of the shop.
