1. Scope of application
These GTC govern the contractual relations between the sole proprietorship Adrien Spada, operating the website chkey.ch, and its customers. Any order placed on the website entails the unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products and conclusion of the contract
The website offers activation keys (licences) for software. The contract is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the seller. As these are digital contents, the customer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the key has been sent.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- Payment is made through the means offered on the website (TWINT, credit cards).
- The sole proprietorship is not subject to VAT. Net amount.
- VAT not applicable (Tax exemption pursuant to Art. 10 para. 2 let. a VAT Act).
4. Delivery Times
Activation keys are delivered by email to the address indicated by the customer. The usual delivery time is a few hours, with a maximum delivery commitment of 24 hours after receipt of payment.
5. Warranty and Liability
- The seller warrants the validity of the activation key at the time of sending.
- In the event of a defective key, the customer must contact support within 7 days.
- The seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The seller is not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, interruption of the customer’s activity).
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The data is used solely for processing orders and is never transmitted to third parties without consent.
7. Applicable law and Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is fixed at Lausanne, Switzerland.
8. Ordering process and verification
The order is placed online via the shopping cart. Before confirmation, the customer may check the details of their order and correct any errors. Validation of the payment constitutes acceptance of the order and of these conditions. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer.
9. Availability of products
Our offers are valid while stocks last. Should a product be unavailable after the order, the customer is informed as soon as possible and is fully reimbursed the corresponding amount.
10. Complaints and after-sales service
For any complaint, the customer contacts our support at info@chkey.ch, indicating their order number. In the event of a defective key reported within 7 days, we proceed, after verification, to a replacement or a refund. The delivery and return terms are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.
11. Force majeure
The seller shall not be held liable in the event of non-performance due to an event of force majeure or beyond its control (technical failure, default of a supplier or of a payment service provider, etc.).
12. Mediation and dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to seek, as a priority, an amicable solution by contacting our customer service. Failing agreement, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lausanne (Switzerland), subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
13. Amendment of the GTC
The seller reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order. Last updated: 2026.
14. Additional documents
These GTC apply jointly with our Terms of Use and our Data Protection Statement.
