CHKey.ch is an independent platform. We have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or official relationship with Microsoft Corporation, Valve Corporation, GOG sp. z o.o., or with any other publisher or trademark holder whose products are sold on this site, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CHKey.ch is an online platform for the sale of licences and activation keys. All products are offered by independent third-party sellers (suppliers and resellers), identified on each product page, who are solely responsible for their offers. CHKey.ch is not affiliated with software publishers. Each product description states, where the information is available, the licence type (retail, OEM, volume, educational, etc.). The buyer must consult the publisher’s licence agreement (EULA) before activation.
Sale of third-party accounts :
Some products offered on CHKey.ch consist of providing access to a third-party user account (notably Steam) already linked to one or more games or software, rather than an activation key for individual use.
These products are identified in their description (“account provided”).
The buyer acknowledges and accepts that:
- this type of product may be subject to the terms of use of the relevant third-party platform (e.g. the Steam Subscriber Agreement), which may restrict or prohibit account transfer;
- CHKey.ch does not guarantee ongoing access to the account provided in the event of action by the third-party platform’s publisher (suspension, blocking or recovery of the account);
- use of this type of product is at the buyer’s sole responsibility, who declares to have understood its nature and limitations prior to purchase.
CHKey.ch recommends, in case of doubt, favouring products in the form of an individual-use activation key over a shared account.
Role of CHKey.ch :
The seller of a product is not CHKey.ch but the third-party seller shown on the product page (“Sold by …”). The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and that seller; CHKey.ch acts as a platform for intermediation, payment and dispute resolution, and refunds the buyer under the conditions of Buyer Protection (see Terms, Art. 2, 10 and 11).
Reporting an unlawful offer :
Rights holders, users and authorities may report an unlawful offer to support@chkey.ch. We review the report within a reasonable time.

Dispute resolution :
In the event of a disagreement, we invite you to contact us first at support@chkey.ch in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the place of jurisdiction is set at Lausanne (Switzerland) and Swiss law applies exclusively.
