Hollow Knight: Silksong, by Team Cherry, is the long-awaited sequel to Hollow Knight. This time, you play Hornet, the silk-thread princess-protector, captured and taken to an unknown kingdom, Pharloom, which she must climb back up to its citadel at the summit. The game keeps the metroidvania structure of its predecessor — 2D exploration, abilities that open new passages, demanding bosses — but with a much faster and more aerial heroine, who completely changes the rhythm of combat.
