Metro: Exodus – Steam key (global version)

Metro: Exodus is a first-person shooter developed by 4A Games, adapted from the universe of Dmitry Glukhovsky. Unlike the first two instalments confined within the Moscow metro, this one sends Artyom and his group to the surface, aboard a locomotive, to cross post-apocalyptic Russia over a full year. The campaign is single-player and alternates large semi-open spaces and very linear enclosed levels.

What awaits you

• Survival and resource management — gas-mask filters that wear out, scarce ammunition, weapons that get clogged and have to be cleaned at the workbench.
• Field crafting — making your ammunition and consumables on a portable backpack, or upgrading your weapons at the camps.
• Semi-open areas — the Volga, the Caspian Sea, the Taiga: each is explored freely, with optional hideouts and a day/night cycle that changes the behaviour of the creatures.
• Stealth or assault — against humans, you can knock out without killing; the moral choices influence the ending obtained.
• Sound design and narration — Artyom does not speak during the game, but the train's crew talk constantly and bring the story to life.

Activation on Steam

In Steam, go to Games then Activate a Product on Steam and enter the key. The game is added to your library. This key is a global version: no regional restriction, activation possible from Switzerland.

System requirements

64-bit Windows, a quad-core processor, 8 GB of RAM at minimum and a dedicated graphics card. The game climbs very high if you enable ray tracing, but stays well optimised on medium settings on mid-range hardware. Allow for around 60 GB of disk space.
