It is an add-on content requiring the base game The Sims 4, with a worldwide key with no regional restriction.

Activation

Your activation key is sent to you by email within 24 hours maximum. In the EA App, open your account menu, choose Redeem a code, enter the key and confirm: the expansion appears in your library and installs on top of the main game.
