The Forest, developed by Endnight Games, is one of the most striking survival games of its generation. As the apparent sole survivor of your plane crash, you set out to find your son on a peninsula covered in forests. The game alternates between two very different moods: daytime survival, almost contemplative, where you fell trees, build and hunt; and the night, or the depths of the caves, where a tribe of mutant cannibals turns the experience into a genuine horror game.
