Delivery & Returns
At CHKEY.ch, all our products are digital goods (activation keys and licences for software or games). There is therefore no postal shipment: delivery takes place electronically.
Instant delivery by e-mail
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your activation key is sent automatically and immediately to the e-mail address provided when ordering. It is also available at any time in the “Orders” section of your customer account.
In the vast majority of cases, delivery is instant. In exceptional cases (payment verification, anti-fraud checks), delivery may take up to a few hours. You will be informed by e-mail in the event of a delay.
Haven’t received your key?
- Check your spam / junk mail folder.
- Look in the “Orders” section of your customer account.
- If you still cannot find your key, contact us at info@chkey.ch with your order number.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the practice applicable to digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the activation key has been delivered. The product is indeed delivered and usable immediately, which by its very nature makes any return impossible. By finalising your order, you accept the immediate delivery of the digital content and expressly waive any right of withdrawal.
Faulty or non-working key
Your complete satisfaction matters to us. If the key you received does not work, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@chkey.ch. After verification on our side, we will proceed, depending on the case, with a replacement of the key or a refund. Please do not attempt to activate the key on multiple devices before contacting us, so as to make diagnosis easier.
